摘    要:本文用自旋捕捉电子顺磁共振,以DMPO为自旋捕捉剂,研究竹红菌甲素的光敏机理。实验测得超氧阴离子和羟基自由基的自旋加合物波谱。根据自由基清除剂超氧化物歧化酶,叠氮化钠和乙醇对上述波谱的抑制效应,证实竹红菌甲素有较强的产生超氧阴离子和羟基自由基的能力。在光敏过程中,氧自由基的产生依赖于基质和溶剂与其相互作用的反应速率的竞争状况。

Abstract:The mechanism of photosensitization of Hypocrellin A (HA) was inverstigated by means of spintrapping-EPR with 5, 5 dimethyl-1-ppyrroline-N-oxide (DMPO) as a spin trap.The spin adduct spectraof superoxide anion (O_2) and hydroxyl radical (OH) have been obtained.Some scavengers were usedto elucidate the mechanism of photosensitization induced by HA. The results showed that HA has astrong ability to produce O_2 and OH. These active oxygen radicals may play an important role inphotosensitization and their production depends on their ground substance and solvent and the compe-tition between their reaction rates.
