摘    要:经数十种有机物和无机物溶液与F—8836专用试剂反应结果和部分物质反应后吸收光谱分析表明,该专用试剂高度特异地与唾液酸反应。血清主要成份如糖、粘多糖、多种氨基酸、主要无机盐类、血清酮体、尿素、肌酐等均不干扰F—8836比色法对血清唾液酸的测定。

Abstract:The results of over forty solvable organic and inorganic compounds reacted with F-8836-a special agent and the analysis of absorbing spectra of several products showed that the agent reacted exclusively with sialic acid (N-acetyl-neuraminic acid); and major serum components, such as monoses, polysaccharides, mucoitins, amino acids, inorganic ions, acetone bodies, urea, creatinine and so on could, not interfere F-8836 optimetry to assay serum siaiic acid.
