| 摘 要： | 目的探讨早期干预对妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)妊娠结局的影响。方法选择2006年1月至2008年12月在我院进行系统产前检查并住院分娩的妊娠期糖尿病孕妇68例为观察组;选择同期未进行系统产前检查,入院时才确诊的妊娠期糖尿病孕妇60例为对照组,比较两组的妊娠结局。结果通过在孕期对GDM孕妇采取早期干预措施,孕产妇及围生儿预后均有明显改善,两组孕妇及围生儿并发症差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论尽早对GDM患者实施早期干预,以降低产科并发症,改善母婴预后。
