度洛西汀与艾司西酞普兰在治疗女性抑郁症的临床效果比较分析

目的：就女性抑郁症治疗中度洛西汀、艾司西酞普兰的临床效果进行对比。方法：选取2014年11月至2015年11月该院所接收女性抑郁症患者66例，随机分为度洛西汀组和艾司西酞普兰组，每组各33例。经HAMD（汉密尔顿抑郁量表）、TESS（不良反应量表）评估，就两组患者临床效果进行对比。结果：两组患者的HAMD评分较治疗前均有显著降低（P＜0.05），而两组间无显著性差异（P＞0.05）。两组患者TESS评分无显著差异（P＞0.05）。结论：度洛西汀、艾司西酞普兰在治疗女性抑郁症方面均具有显著的疗效，治疗中不良反应少，值得临床推广和应用。

A comparative analysis of the clinical effect on female depression treatment with Dutoxetine and Escitalopram

Objective:To compare the clinical effect of Dutoxetine and Escitalopram on female depression treatment.Methods:66 cases of female patients with depression were selected from 11/2014 to 11/2015 in our hospital,randomly divided into the Dutoxetine and Escitalopram group.Clinical effects of treatment were compared through HAMD and TESS.Results:the HAMD scores of two groups were significantly lower than before treatment (P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between two groups (P>0.05).There was also no significant difference in TESS scores between two groups (P>0.05).Conclusions:for female depression,Dutoxetine and Escitalopram are effective,less adverse reactions,worthy in clinical application and promotion.
