血液标本采集对生化检验结果的影响研究

摘    要:目的:分析研究血液标本采集对生化检验结果的影响。方法:选取2014年1月至2015年1月在该院自愿加入研究人员的血液标本一共有400份,对其相关资料给予回归性分析,对其生化检验结果的影响因素给予分析研究。结果:晨间空腹抽取的血液,生化检验结果的精确值明显要比其他时间段的检验值高,但是如果采血时候患者空腹时间在24h以上,检验结果也许会出现异常。除此之外,生化指标当中,血清胆红素在空腹48 h会增加240%;溶血标本平均值明显高于正常标本,其之间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),或者与溶血样本当中的红细胞内的某种物质浓度在血清浓度以上具有相关性;从变化率来看,1小时以后送检平均值比较规范送检均值变化有明显的差异(P<0.05)。结论:为了能够提高临床生化检验结果的准确性,一定要在血液标本的采集上有效的控制误差,有效杜绝不合格的血液样本。

Blood specimen collection research the influence of the biochemical test results
Abstract:Objective:to analyze the blood specimen collection effects on biochemical test results.Methods:January 2014 - January 2015 in our hospital blood samples voluntarily join researchers a total of 400,the relevant data for regression analysis,the influence factors of biochemical test results are given.Results:the blood in the morning on an empty stomach extraction,biochemical test results,the precise value to significantly higher value than other period of inspection,but if the blood in patients with fasting time in more than 24 h,test results may be abnormal.In addition,the biochemical indexes of serum bilirubin in 48 h on an empty stomach will increase 240%;Hemolysis sample average is significantly higher than normal specimens,the differences statistically significant (P<0.05),or with the hemolysis of red blood cells in a substance in a sample of concentration in serum concentration above correlation;From the point of rate, average 1 hour after inspection specification inspection mean change has obvious difference (P<0.05).Conclusions:in order to improve the accuracy of the re-sults of clinical and biochemical examination,must be in effective control error on blood specimen collection,effectively eliminate the unqualified blood samples.
