子宫肌瘤手术患者健康教育中应用临床路径的意义分析

目的：探讨分析子宫肌瘤手术患者健康教育中应用临床路径的意义。方法：入选研究的对象为2014年2月至2016年5月该院接收的86例子宫肌瘤患者，均予以手术治疗，按照随机抽样的方式将其平均分为各43例的对照组和路径组，对照组按照传统方式实施健康教育，路径组应用临床路径实施健康教育，比较两组患者知识掌握情况和满意情况。结果：和对照组进行对比，路径组患者知识掌握评分和满意度评分均比较高，两组之间差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：在子宫肌瘤手术患者健康教育中应用临床路径意义，可提高患者对疾病和手术的认知度、手术效果的满意度，应用价值高。

Application of clinical pathway in health education for patients with uterine fibroids

Objective:To explore the significance of applying clinical pathway in health education for patients with uterine myoma operation.Methods:The research object selected for the February 2014 -2016 year in May 86 cases of uterine leiomyoma patients admitted in our hospital,were treated with surgical treat-ment,according to the random sampling method will be divided into control group and path group with 43 cases in each group,the control group received health education according to the traditional way,the implementation of health education path group using clinical pathway,two group knowledge and satisfaction.Results:And control group were compared,the path group patients′knowledge mastery score and satisfaction scores were higher,the difference be-tween the two groups was statistically significant,that is,P<0.05.Conclusions:Application of clinical pathway in the health education of patients with uterine fi-broids can improve the awareness of the disease and operation,the satisfaction of the operation effect,and the high application value.
