摘    要:目的:研究舒筋活络颗粒最佳提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验设计,以路路通酸含量、干膏得率为指标,考察乙醇浓度、溶剂用量、提取时间、提取次数4个因素对舒筋活络颗粒提取效果的影响,优选提取工艺。结果:最佳工艺条件为加6倍量40%乙醇,提取3次,每次1h。结论:该提取工艺合理可行,并能较好的保证制剂质量。

Abstract:Objective:To optimize the extraction techniques for the compound of Shujinhuoluo Granula. Methods:Conditions for the extraction were studied by orthogonal experimental design guided by the solvent concentration,solvent dosage,extracting times,extracting rates and the contents of liquidambaric acid and coefficient of unguent in the extract. Results : The optimized extracting condition were : for three times sustaining for 1 each, using 6 times volume of 40% ethanol for each time. Conclusion:This extraction process is reasona- ble and practical, and can well guarantee its quality.
