中西医结合治疗急性泌尿系统感染临床研究

目的：探讨中西医结合治疗急性泌尿系统感染的临床疗效。方法：将84例患者按随机数字表法分为三组，西药组23例，中药组31例和中西药结合组30例。西药组采用头孢曲松钠治疗；中药组按照中医辨证施论治原则，给予单纯中药治疗；中西药结合组采用中药组＋西药组治疗。治疗后比较两组的临床疗效。结果：西药组治愈率与中药组比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；中西药结合组治愈率与西药组比较，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；中西药结合组治愈率与中药组比较，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：中西医结合治疗急性泌尿系统感染疗效显著。

Clinical Research of Integrative Medicine Treatment of Acute Urinary Tract Infection

Ojective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of combination therapy of acute urinary tract infection. Methods：84 patients were randomly divided into three groups,western medicine group 23 cases ,31 cases of Chinese medicine,Western medicine combined with 30 cases in the group. Western medicine group with ceftriaxone therapy ; medicine group in accordance with the principles of traditional Chi- nese medicine dialectical theory of governance, giving pure Chinese medicine treatment;western medicine group in group ＋ herbal medicine group therapy. After comparing the two groups of clinical efficacy. Results：The cure rate compared with western medicine group ,the difference was not statistically significant（ P 〉 0.05 ） ;cure rate in western medicine and western medicine group, the differ- ence was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05 ） ; cure rate in the western medicine group compared with traditional Chinese medicine group, the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：The combination therapy of acute urinary tract infections significant effect.
