心脏外科分层级护理模式对患者生存质量和积极性的影响

目的探讨医院心脏外科分层级护理模式对改善患者生存质量和积极性的效果。方法研究对象为2012—11／2013—10月作者医院心脏外科收治的66例患者，随机分为对照组及观察组，对照组采用常规护理模式，观察组在此基础上采用分层级护理模式，分析患者生存质量和积极性。结果干预前，两组患者wHOQOL-BREF得分情况及积极性指标均无显著差异（P〉0．05）。干预后，观察组患者的生理状况、心理状况量表总分显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）；且观察组患者在合理膳食、坚持用药、适当运动以及认识危险因素方面积极性均显著优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论分层级护理模式应用于心脏外科患者，可显著改善患者的生存质量，提高其积极性，值得临床上推广应用。

Effect of Hierarchical Care Mode of Cardiac Surgery on Quality of Life and Enthusiasm of Patients

Objective To investigate the effect of cardiac surgery in our hospital grading nursing mode to improve the quality of life of patients and enthusiasm. Methods 66 patients from November 2012 to October 2013, were randomly divided into control group with routine nursing and the observation group hierarchical care model. Quality of life in patients and enthusiasm in the authors＂ department were analysed. Results Before intervention, there was no significant difference between the two groups in WHOQOL-BREF score and positive index （P〉0. 05）. After the intervention, the physiological condition, and mental state scale score was significantly higher in observation group than that in control group （P〈0. 05）. The patients in observation group were better in reasonable diet, adhere to medication, proper exercise and understanding the risk factors of positive active better than the control group （P~0. 05）. Conclusion The application of grading nursing model in cardiac surgery patients, can significantly improve the quality of life of patients, enhance their enthusiasm,which is worthy of clinical application.
