小儿热速清颗粒联合清开灵注射液治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎临床研究

目的：观察小儿热速清颗粒联合清开灵注射液治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的临床疗效。方法：将110例小儿疱疹咽性峡炎患者按随机数字表法的分成治疗组和对照组，治疗组采用小儿热速清颗粒配合清开灵注射液治疗，对照组采用炎琥宁治疗，治疗后观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果：治疗组有效率为93．33％，对照组有效率为74．00％，两组患者比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：小儿热速清颗粒配合清开灵注射液治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎疗效显著。

Clinical Research of Pediatric Re-Su-Qing Particle Combined Qing Kai Ling Injection Treatment of Pediatric Herpes Angina

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of pediatric Re-su-Qing particle combined Qing Kai Ling Injection in children herpes angina treatment. Methods ： 110 cases of children with herpes angina patients were randomly divided into treatment group and the ob- servation group, treatment group children with pediatric Re-Su-Qing Panicle and Qing Kai Ling Injection treatment, observation group Yanhuning treatment, after treatment the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients. Results：The effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33% ,the observation group was 74.00% , the difference was statistically significant in patients（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：Pediat- ric Re-Su-Qing panicle combined with Qing Kai Ling Injection treatment of children with herpes angina has significant effect.
