| Abstract: | Zhang Xichuns opinion on health cultivation from Yi Xue Zhong Zhong Can Xi Lu pays attention to not only practical effects of diagnosis and treatment, but also qi activity to coordinate emotions, rise and fall to protect spleen and stomach, food construction to choose food intake, and prevention to infer how things will develop from one small clue. Nowadays modem people can still draw inspiration from his health - cultivation ideas. |
