紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗早期巨块型宫颈癌疗效分析

目的探讨巨块型宫颈癌早期患者运用紫杉醇结合顺铂进行化疗的临床作用及影响。方法选取商丘市第一人民医院2009年5月至2012年10月收治的29例早期巨块型宫颈癌患者，术前对患者采取紫杉醇联合顺铂化疗方案，化疗后对根据患者病情实施子宫全切术或部分切除术，并行盆腔淋巴结清扫术，观察术后所有患者临床疗效。结果术后患者总有效率为82．76％。其中，病理完全缓解者3例；部分缓解者21例。结论巨块型宫颈癌由于肿块较大，手术困难，通过术前的化疗可以将肿块缩小，以方便手术并能够提高术后疗效。

Efficacy of paclitaxel and cisplatin in early treatment of bulky cervical cancer

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of chemotherapy and effect of paclitaxel and cisplatin in treat- ment of patients with early bulky cervical cancer. Methods Shangqiu the First People~ Hospital from May 2009 to Oc- tober 2012 were treated 29 cases of patients with early bulky cervical cancer,before surgery on patients taking paclitaxel and cisplatin chemotherapy, after chemotherapy, according to the patients＂ condition we used full implementation of the u- terus resection or partial resection, concurrent pelvic lymph node dissection, the clinical effect was observed in all patients after surgery. Results The total effective rate of postoperative was 82. 76%. Among them,the pathologic complete re- mission in 3 patients;partial remission in 21 cases. Conclusion Bulky cervical cancer has larger mass, surgical diffi- culty, by preoperative chemotherapy can shrink the tumor and facilitate surgery, also improve the curative effect.
