手术治疗鼻中隔偏曲合并变应性鼻炎的临床效果分析

目的探讨鼻中隔偏曲合并变应性鼻炎的手术治疗效果。方法选取许昌县人民医及郑州大学第一附属医院2009年9月-2013年11月184例鼻中隔偏曲合并变应性鼻炎患者，按照自愿原则分为对照组和研究组，对照组应用低温等离子射频消融术治疗，研究组在对照组基础上应用鼻内镜下中隔矫正术治疗，分析对比两组手术治疗效果。结果对照组92例，有效68例（73．9％）；研究组92例，有效86例（93．5％），研究组患者治疗效果明显优于对照组，对患者症状改善幅度显著提高。结论鼻内镜下中隔矫正术联合低温等离子射频消融术在对鼻中隔偏曲合并变应性鼻炎患者治疗中具有明显效果。

Analysis of operation treatment of nasal septum cleviatian complicated with allergic rhinitis

Objective To investigate the effect of operation treatment of nasal septal deviation complicated with allergic rhinitis. Methods In our hospital in 2009 September -2013 year in November 184 cases of nasal septum deviation com- plicated with allergic rhinitis patients were divided into the study group and the control group, the control group used low - temperature plasma radiofrequeney ablation,research group in the control of nasal endoscope group on the basis of septum corrected operation under treatment,analysis of therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups. Results The treatment group were significantly better than the control group, the patients symptoms improved significantly. Conclusion Endoscopic septum surgery combined with low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation has obvious effect on the nasal septum deviation complicated with allergic rhinitis patients,is worthy of clinical application.
