围绝经期阴道出血患者的临床分析

目的探讨围绝经期阴道出血的原因,病理检查结果与绝经年限、年龄的关系。方法回顾性分析2011年1月-2013年12月耒阳市中医院收治的围绝经期阴道出血386例患者的临床资料。结果 386例患者出血原因中,以炎症性疾病及良性肿瘤最多见,为240例,占总数的62.2%;其次为恶性肿瘤,为146例,占总数的37.8%;各年龄段、各绝经年限段出现恶性病变的患者数差异明显（P〈0.05）,差异有统计学意义。结论导致围绝经期妇女阴道出血的原因有多种,随着绝经时间的延长、年龄的增长,恶性肿瘤发生率越高,患者就诊时临床医师应给予明确诊断,并正确判断是否为恶性病变。

Clinical analysis of perimenopausal patients with vaginal bleeding

【Objective】To study the cause of vaginal bleeding, menopausal transition pathologic examination results and the relationship between menopausal period, age. 【Methods】A retrospective analysis in January 2011- December 2013, our hospital the menopausal transition of vaginal bleeding, the clinical data of 386 patients. 【Results】386 cases with hemorrhage reason to inflammatory bowel disease and the most common benign tumor, 240 cases, accounting for 62.2% of the total; Secondly for malignant tumor, for 146 cases, accounting for 37.8% of the total; All ages, the duration ofmenopause appear clear difference on the number of patients with malignant lesions, P〈0.05, with statistical significance. 【Conclusion】The cause of perimenopausal women vaginal bleeding has a variety of, longer duration of menopause, the growth of the age, the higher the incidence of malignant tumor, clinicians should give a clear diagnosis to the patient, and accurately determine whether for malignant lesions.
