中西医结合治疗反流性食管炎临床研究

目的：探讨中西医结合治疗反流性食管炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法：将104例反流性食管炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各52例。对照组给予奥美拉唑与莫沙必利联合治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上加用自制中药治疗。观察并比较两组患者临床疗效、内镜疗效、复发率及不良反应情况。结果：观察组患者临床疗效总有效率为98．08％，对照组临床疗效总有效率为75．00％，观察组临床疗效总有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）；观察组内镜疗效总有效率为92．31％，明显高于对照组的73．08％（P〈0．05）；观察组复发率明显低于对照组（P〈0．（）1）；观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：中西医结合治疗反流性食管炎具有疗效好、不良反应少等诸多优点，且标本兼治、复发率低。

Clinical Study of Integrative Medicine Treatment of Reflux Esophagitis

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of integrative Chinese and western treatment to reflux esophagitis to explore its clinical value and significance. Methods ：104 cases with RE treated in our hospital from March 2011 to March 2012 is divided into observation group and control group,with 52 cases in each group,the control group was given omeprazole and mosapride combina- tion therapy, the observation group was given hmne-made traditional Chinese medicine treatment on the basis of control group, clinical efficacy, endoscopic efficacy, relapse rate and adverse circumstances were observed and comparatively analysed. Resuhs：The total effec- tive rate of clinical efficacy of the observation group was 98.08% , and the control group was 75.00% , the total efficiency of the clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ） ;observation group＇s endoscopic total effec- tive efficiency was 92.31% , significantly higher than the control group,73.08% （P 〈 0.05 ） ;observation group＇s recurrence rate was significantly lower than the control group（P 〈 0.01 ） ;the adverse effects of the observation group were significantly lower than the con- trol group（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：For RE, integrative medicine has better efficacy and fewer adverse reactions, which can solve the problem with low recurrence rate and can be used as the first option of the trealment for RE.
