角膜浅基质层针刺术联合软性角膜接触镜治疗丝状角膜炎临床观察

目的探讨角膜浅基质层针刺术联合软性角膜接触镜治疗丝状角膜炎的安全性和有效性。方法选择25例丝状角膜炎患者，表麻后刮除丝状物，间距0．5ram密集针刺病灶3ram范围内上皮层至浅基质层，术毕佩戴软性角膜接触镜，眼水点眼治疗原发病，随访观察。结果25例患者中21例症状完全消失，一次性治愈率84％，有效率100％。结论角膜浅基质层针刺联合软性角膜接触镜治疗丝状角膜炎是一种安全有效的方法，具有临床实用价值。

Effect of anterior stromal puncture with soft corneal contact lens in treatment of filamentary keratitis

Objective To evaluate the safety and efficacy of combination therapy using anterior stromal puncture and soft corneal contact lens for Filamentary Keratitis. Methods Totally 25 cases of Filamentary Keratitis were selected, we scraped the filaments under surface anesthesia, had acupuncture intensively from epithelial layer to superficial stromal spacing by 0. 5 mm and on focus of infection which in 3mm range. Follow up observation on patients who worn contact lens after the surgery and had eye drops for the treatment of primary disease. Results In 25 patients, symptom disap- peared in 21 patient, disposable cure rate was 84%, effective rate was 100%. Conclusion The anterior stromal puncture with contact lens turn out to be a safe and effective treatment of Filamentary Kerafitis, It had practically value in clinical.
