中药治疗下肢带状疱疹神经痛临床研究

目的：观察中医药治疗下肢带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效。方法：将131例下肢带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组86例和治疗组45例。对照纽口服止痛和营养神经的药物；治疗组在对照组的基础上加服中药治疗，2周为1个疗程。结果：对照组有效率为65．1％，治疗组有效率为93．3％，两组有效率比较，差异有统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：中药治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛疗效显著。

Chinese Medicine Treatment of Lower Extremity Postherpetic Neuralgia

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of chinese cine meditreatment postherpetic neuralgia. Methods ：131 patients with lower extremity postherpetic neuralgia patients randomly divided into a control group of 86 patients and treatment group of 45 patients. The control group was treated with pain medication and nutrition nerve;treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group, two weeks of a course of treatment. Results ： The response rate was 65.1% in the control group, the treat- ment group was 93.3% , the two groups have more efficient, the difference was statistically significant （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion：Chinese medicine treatment of postherpetic neuralgia has significant effect.
