128层螺旋CT血管重建在子宫肌瘤和卵巢肿瘤鉴别诊断中的应用价值

目的探讨128层螺旋CT血管重建在子宫肌瘤和卵巢肿瘤鉴别诊断中的临床价值。方法2013年1月至2013年10月期间，巴中市中心医院手术病理证实的30例卵巢肿瘤患者和30例子宫肌瘤患者作为研究对象，通过128层螺旋CT扫描检查仪，进行CT平扫、CT增强扫描，对两组卵巢静脉显示率、卵巢动脉显示率、子宫动脉显示率，进行观察和比较。结果与子宫肌瘤组相比，卵巢肿瘤组卵巢静脉显示率、卵巢动脉显示率均明显提高，P〈0．05，差异有统计学意义；而子宫动脉显示率，两组差异没有统计学意义，P〉0．05。结论128层螺旋CT扫描检查能够清晰显示肿瘤供血情况，有助于子宫肌瘤和卵巢肿瘤的鉴别诊断。

Clinical value of 128 slice spiral CT scanning on differential diagnosis of uterine myoma and ovarian tumor

Objective To study the clinical value of 128 slice spiral CT scanning on the differential diagnosis of uterine myoma and ovarian tumor. Methods The 30 patients with uterine myoma and 30 patients with ovarian tumor in our hospital confirmed by operation pathology during the period from Jan 2013 to Oct 2013 were regarded as the research subjects. The ovarian vein display rate, the ovarian arteries display rate, and the uterine artery display rate in the two groups were observed and compared by the CT plain scanning and CT enhanced scanning of 128 slice spiral CT scan- ning. Results Compared with the uterine myoma group, the ovarian vein display rate and the ovarian arteries display rate were significantly increased with statistical difference ,P 〈 0. 05 ;The difference of uterine artery display rate was not statistical significance in the two groups,P 〉 0. 05. Conclusion The 128 slice spiral CT scanning can clearly shows the tumor blood supply and help the differential diagnosis of uterine myoma and ovarian tumor.
