曲美他嗪联合阿托伐他汀治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效观察

目的探讨不稳定型心绞痛患者应用曲美他嗪联合阿托伐他汀治疗的临床疗效及安全性。方法对126例不稳定型心绞痛患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组各63例，两组均给予常规措施进行治疗，治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用曲美他嗪联合阿托伐他汀进行治疗。结果治疗组患者经治疗后总有效率为95．24％，显著高于对照组的77．77％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗组患者治疗后血脂较治疗前有显著改善，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗组血脂各指标改善情况优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论曲美他嗉联合阿托伐他汀治疗不稳定型心绞痛，临床效果好，不良反应少，对改善患者的预后有重要的临床意义。

Effect of trimetazidine combined atorvastatin in treatment of unstable angina pectoris

Objective To investigate clinical efficacy and safety of patients with unstable angina pectoris song trimetazi- dine combined treatment with atorvastatin. Methods Hospital from November 2010 to August 2013 were treated 126 patients with unstable angina, according to the difference in drug use were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 63 cases, both groups were given conventional treatment measures, treatment group on the basis of conven- tional therapy plus trimetazidine combined with atorvastatin treatment. Results After treatment,patients treated with to- tal effective rate was 95.24%, significantly higher than the 77.77%, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; lipids compared with before treatment were significantly improved in patients treated with therapy, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ） ;treatment group lipid indexes to improve the situation were better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Trimetazidine crop combined with atorvasta- tin treatment of unstable angina, good clinical results, adverse reactions, to improve the prognosis of patients has important clinical significance.
