| 摘 要： | 目的：建立环心丹的质量检测方法。方法：采用薄层色谱法对制剂中的主要药材进行定性鉴别。结果：用薄层色谱鉴别环心丹中延胡索、苦参、冰片、蟾酥、人参、三七、人工牛黄等药材中的有效成分，专属性强，灵敏度高，稳定性好，检出斑点清晰。结论：该方法准确、简便，可用于环心丹的质量控制。
