肝宁片对HBsAg阳性者抗结核药物所致肝损害的疗效观察

目的观察肝宁片对抗结核药物所致肝损害伴HB sA g阳性者的防治效果。方法选择初治涂阳肺结核260例,其中治疗组132例,全程加服肝宁片;对照组128例,全程加服葡醛内酯片。结果治疗组132例中出现肝损害11例,其中HB sA g阳性34例中出现肝损害7例(2.06%);对照组128例中出现肝损害29例,其中HB sA g阳性30例中出现肝损害18例(60%)。两组差异显著(P<0.01);HB sA g阳性患者在抗结核治疗中肝功能更容易受损害。结论肝宁片在防治HB sA g阳性患者服用抗结核药物所致肝损害的发生是有效的。

Clinical observation of effects of Gan Ning Pian on HbsAg positive patients whose liver damage as caused by anti-tuberculosis medication

Objective To observe clinical effects of Gan Ning Pian on HbsAg positive patients whose liver damage as caused by anti-tuberculosis medication.Methods A total of 260 tuberculosis cases who had preliminiary treatment paticipated in the study.The treatment group(n=132) received the Gan Ning Pian medication in addition to the regular treatment,whereas the control group(n=128) received glucurolactone.Results For the treatment group,there were 11 cases who had liver damage and for those who had HBsAg positive 7 out of the totalling 34(2.06%) had liver damage.In comparison,in the controls,29 cases had liver damage and for those who had HbsAg positive 18 out of the totalling 30(60%) had liver damage.The statistical comparisons between the two groups were significant: P < 0.01.Conclusion For those who had HBsAg positive,their use of antituberculosis medication is more likely to have liver damage.The use of Gan Ning Pian is effective in reducing the likelihood of liver damange among HbsAg positive patients who receive anti-tuberculosis treatment.
