| 摘 要： | 目的了解疟疾防治措施执行情况及其防治的实际效果。方法通过了解疟疾防治机构建设，查阅防治资料、核实数据，复检血片，考核镜检员和现场抽样进行疟疾调查。结果3个县（市）平均疟疾发病率从2001年0．57／万下降至2005年为零，2004～2005年3个县（市）均未查出本地感染的疟疾病例。结论当地落实防治措施，防治效果较为满意。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the actual results in malaria control, Methods The results of malaria control was made by surveying organizational structure, data concerning malaria control, reexamination of blood smears, inspection of microscopists and on - the - spot sampling survey. Results The average malaria incidence in these three counties and cities dropped from 0,57/100 000 in 2001 to zero in 2005 and no indigenous malaria eases were detected from 2004 to 2005. Conclusion Malaria control measures were effectively carried out and the results of malaria control is satisfactory. |
