| 摘 要： | 脂肪细胞属终末细胞，体外培养状态下是否可增殖，多数人持怀疑态度。我们在参考许多国外学者的经验基础上，采用密度梯度法分离脂肪细胞，ＤＭＥＭ和Ｆ＿（１２）混合培养基培养，同时加入糖皮质激素、胰岛素和碱性成纤维生长因子等促脂肪生长因子，使脂肪细胞体外培养获得成功。

| Abstract: | The adipocyte belongs to a kind of end cells. Most people take a skeptical attitude to its ability of proliferation in vitro. Based on foreign scientists' experience in this aspect,We isolated rats' adipocytes with percoll-density-gradient procedure. Using compound medium of DMEM and F12 with glucocorticoid, insulin and basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF),we have succeeded in culturing fat cells in vitro. |
