罗格列酮合用降脂药用于2型糖尿病疗效分析

目的 观察罗格列酮、洛伐他汀联用磺脲类（SU）、双胍类对2型糖尿病糖脂代谢、早期胰岛素分泌异常、胰岛素抵抗的影响.方法 120例T2DM患者随机分为两组：治疗组（罗格列酮＋洛伐他汀＋SU＋双胍类）和对照组（SU＋双胍类）,治疗前后12周分别测定FPG、2hPG、胰岛素（Ins）、血脂、胰岛素抵抗指数（HOMA-IR）.结果 治疗组的血糖、血脂、Ins、HOMA-IR较对照组明显降低.结论 联用罗格列酮、洛伐他汀能改善T2DM患者的胰岛素敏感性.

The effects of rosiglitazone on lipid and glucose metabolism, insulin resistance and early insulin secretion in type 2 diabetic patients

Objective To observe the effect of rosiglitazone combined with lovastatin and sulfonylurea on lipid and glucose metabolism, insulin resistance and early insulin secretion in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods There 120 type 2 diabetic patients were chosen and divided into treated group consisted of 62 patients rosiglitazone combined with lovastatin, sttlfonylurea and meffonnin for 12 weeks and control group consisted of 58 patients only given sulfonylurea and meffonnin. Results Compared with control group, the levels of lipid and glucose, imsulin and HOMA- IR were significantly decreased. Condution Rosiglitazone combined with lovastatin, sulfonylurea and meffonnin is effective on type 2 diabetic patients.
