妊娠期高血压疾病胰岛素抵抗与凝血功能异常的相关性研究

目的探讨妊娠期高血压疾病胰岛素抵抗与凝血功能异常的相关性。方法选择我院近年来收治的妊娠期高血压疾病（简称妊高病）患者、同期正常妊娠孕妇及正常非孕妇体检者,对凝血酶原时间（PT）、活化部分凝血活酶时间（APTT）、纤维蛋白原（Fbg）、HOMA指数进行检测分析。结果正常妊娠组和妊高病组产妇与正常非妊娠组比较,各项凝血指标和胰岛素抵抗指标均有显著性差异;妊高病组的各项凝血指标和胰岛素抵抗指标,与正常妊娠组比较,差异有统计学意义,P〈0.01。妊高病糖耐量正常组与妊高病糖耐量异常组患者的胰岛素抵抗与凝血功能具有明显的相关性,P〈0.05。结论妊娠期高血压疾病胰岛素抵抗与凝血功能异常存在明显的相关性,特别是合并糖耐量异常的妊高病患者,胰岛素抵抗和血液促凝血状态更为严重。

The correlation between insulin resistance and coagulation in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension

Objective To investigate the relationship between insulin resistance（IR）and Coagulation abnormalities in Datients with Pregnancy-induced hypertension.Methods Select admitted to our hospital in recent years,in patients with gestational hypertension,compared to normal pregnancy,pregnant women and normal non-pregnant healthy persons,the prothrombin time（PT）,activated partial thromboplastin time（APTT）,fibrinogen（Fbg）,HOMA indices were analyzed.Results The normal pregnancy group and maternal pregnancy-induced hypertension group compared with the normal non-pregnant group,the coagulation indicators and indicators of insulin resistance were significantly different;pregnancy-induced hypertension group the coagulation indicators and indicators of insulin resistance,and normal pregnancy group comparison,also has significant difference,P0.01.Pregnancy-induced hypertension with normal glucose tolerance group and pregnancy-induced hypertension in patients with impaired glucose tolerance group of insulin resistance and coagulation obvious correlation,P0.05.Conclusion The pregnancy-induced hypertension insulin resistance and coagulation dysfunction there exists an obvious correlation,in particular,the merger impaired glucose tolerance in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension,insulin resistance and blood procoagulant state even more serious.
