摘    要:大电导钙激活钾通道(BKca)是血管紧张性的决定因素,在平滑肌细胞张力的维持和调节中起着重要的作用。而BKcaα亚单位是Bkca的基本功能单位,本综述着重α亚单位的结构、功能和作用机制。

Abstract:The activity of high-conductance calcium-activated potassium channels (BKca) is the determinative factor of vascular tension playing an important role in maintaining and regulating the tone of smooth muscle cells′.α subunit is a basic functional unit of Bkca.This article reviews the structure,function and mechanism of main effects of α subunit in Bkca.
