超声引导下使用空芯针行乳腺亚临床病灶穿刺活检应用价值的研究

目的探讨超声引导下使用空芯针行乳腺亚临床病灶穿刺活检的诊断方法及其临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析本院自2000～2006年间门诊或住院的162例乳腺亚临床病灶的综合诊断资料和随访资料。结果162例患者中,超声首检诊断恶性及可疑恶性27例,超声引导下CNB诊断恶性病变30例,经开放手术证实全部为恶性;随访过程中超声引导下CNB新诊断恶性病变9例,经开放手术证实其中一例为炎性病变,其余8例为恶性。结论采用超声探查与CNB病理学检查相结合的方法对乳腺亚临床病灶进行综合判断,可提高乳腺亚临床病灶诊断的准确率,避免了不必要的开放手术,对于CNB活检阴性的病例有必要进行定期随访。

Ultrasonography guided core needle biopsy for the diagnosis of non-palpable breast masses

Objective Evaluation of value for Ultrasonography guided core needle biopsy for the diagnosis of non-palpable breast masses.Methods To achieve breast diagnosis,162 ultrasound guided core needle biopsy were performed between 2000 and 2006.Results Primary ultrasonography examination was malignant in 27 lesions and benign in 135 lesions,Histological probe sample examination was positive in 30 lesions and negative in 132 lesions.Of the 30 positive lesions,100% cases were demonstrated malignant by operation.9 more positive cases were found out in follow-up period,8 cases were malignant and the other one was inflammatory lesion demonstrated by surgical histologi-cal examination.Conclusion Our data confirmed the value of ultrasonography guided core needle biopsy for the diagnosis of non-palpable breast masses. It is necessary for the cases with histologically negative finding by CNB to be followed up.
