心电图诊断左心室肥厚标准的探讨

目的 :对比心电图 (ECG) Sokolow- lyon指数和 Cornell指数诊断左心室肥厚的敏感性和特异性 ,以评价两种标准的诊断价值。方法 :对 2 0 0例高血压或肥厚性心肌病患者 ,均进行超声心动图 (U CG)及心电图检查 ,以 UCG作为左心室肥厚诊断标准 ,计算 Sokolow- lyon指数和 Cornell指数 ,诊断左心室肥厚的敏感性和特异性。结果 :Sokolow- lyon指数敏感性 2 5 .7% ,特异性 91.6 % ;Cornell指数敏感性 4 0 .0 % ,特异性 95 .8%。结论 :ECG诊断左心室的特异性高 ,敏感性稍差。Cornell指数敏感性高于 Sokolow- lyon指数。

Probe of the Dinosic of Left Ventricular Hypertrophy with ECG

Objective To evaluatc two standard echocardiogram citcra in their sensitivity and specificity of Sokolow-lyonindex(Sv l+Rv 3)with that of Cornell index(Ravl+Sv 3)in diagnosis of left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH).Methods 200 hypertension orhypertrophic myocardiopathic patients were studied using echocardiography,The sensitivity and soccificity of them were calculated.Results The sensitivity is 25.7 % by Sololow-lyon and 40.0 % by Cornell for the diaguosis of LVH with the specificity of 90.2 %and 95.8 %。Conclusion Using ECG to diagnose LVH has high specificity and low sensitivity,Diagnostic sensivitivity of Cornell index is higher than that of Sokolow-lyon index.
