| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨肺部真菌感染与相关基础疾病的临床特征、治疗及预后。方法:对56例肺部真菌感染患者的临床资料进行分析。结果:肺部真菌感染的病原菌主要为念珠菌、曲菌,临床表现无特异性,病死率较高。56例患者均有基础疾病,早期诊断仍较困难。结论:多种基础疾病继发感染是肺部真菌感染的重要原因,其临床表现特异性少,病死率较高。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the clinical feature,treatment and future of pulmonary fungus infection and its related disease.Methods:56 cases of pulmonary fungus infection were studied.Results:Causes of pulmonary fungus infection were candida,aspergillus.Clinical feature of pulmonary fungus infection weren't typical,and while it were characterized by higher death reate,having other related diseases and differenty to diagnose.Conclusion:The main causes of pulmonary fungus infection were secondary infection resulted by primary diseases.It's clinical feature of pulmonary fungus infection weren't typical and were characterized by higher death reate |
