G-CSF联合LD-AA方案治疗高危组急性髓细胞性白血病的疗效观察

目的；探讨G-CSF联合LD-AA方案治疗高危组急性髓细胞性白血病(Acute myelocytic leukemia，AML)的临床疗效。方法；5例高危组AML患者采用G-CSF联合小剂量阿克拉霉素和阿糖胞苷(LD-AA)治疗，并观察其毒副作用。结果：5例患者中，4例达到CR，PR1例，总有效率为100％(5／5)。2例有轻度的骨髓抑制作用，1例有一过性的心脏损害，2例有骨痛表现。结论：G-CSF联合LD-AA方案治疗高危组AML不仅有较高的临床缓解率，而且毒副作用少，是一种较好的治疗方法。

Observation of Curative Effect of High-Rish Acute Myeloid Leukemia with Low-Dose Aclacinomycin and Cytosine Arabinoside in Combined with Granulocyte Colony-stimulating Factor

Objective:To explore the therapeutic method of.high risk acute myelogenous leukemia.Methods:Five patients with high risk acute myeloid leukemia(AML)were treated by low dose aciacinomycin and cytosine arabinoside(LD AA)in combined with granulocyte colony stimulating factor(G CSF).Clinical effects and ill sides of the protocol were observated.Results:4 out of 5 patients with high risk AML achieved complete remission(CR)and 1 achieved partial remission.The total efficiency was 100%.2 patients were of low grade of bone marrow depression.2 had ligh bone pain and 1 had cardiopathic damage.Conclusions:For high risk acute myeloid leukemia,the protocol of LD AA in combined with G CSF was of higher CR rate and less ill sides.It may be regarded as an better choice for high risk AML.
