以腹痛为主要表现的消化道疾病与幽门螺杆菌关系的探讨

为探讨以腹痛为主要表现的消化道疾病与幽门螺杆菌（Hp)感染的关系，对289例腹痛患儿采用日产富士能410PE电子胃镜检查，并取胃窦部粘膜组织进行病理学检查及Hp检测，结果：其病变检出率100％，Hp平均感染率38．8％－4岁，－7岁，－10岁，－14岁各年龄组Hp感染率分别为20．0％，33．3％，37．5％，42．0％，Hp在十二指肠溃疡，慢性浅表胃炎，十二指肠球炎中感染率分别为73．1％，36．0％，31．0％，说明Hp感染率随着年龄的增加而增高，同时，Hp感染又是儿童慢性胃炎，消化性溃疡的重要因素。

Relationship between disease of digestive tract with main manifestation of abdominal pain and helicobacter pylori infec-tion in children

To explore the relationship between disease of digesfive tract with main manifestation of abdominal pain and helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection in children, gastroscopy was examined in 289 children with chronic abdominal pain, the pathological examination and the determination of Hp antibody were also undertaken for the mucous tissue in gastric antrum taken during gastroscopy. The results showed that the upper-digestive tract disease was confirmed in all cases with gastroscopy, and 38. 8% of children were with the positive Hp antibody among them. The incidences of Hp infection in each age group were in turn 20% in 0-4 years old, 33. 3% in 5-7 years old, 37. 5% in 8-10 years old and 42. 0% in 11-14 years old, respectively. It was noticed in the children with Hp infection that there were 73. 1% of chronic superficial gastritis, 36% of duodenal ulcer and 31 % of globular-site ulcer of duodenum. It is pointed out that the Hp infection is an important factor for the occurrence of chronic gastritis and digestive ulcer in children, its incidence tends to rise with age increase. It is necessary that Hp antibody screening shall be considered if children suffer from chronic abdominal pain.
