恶性肿瘤患者深部真菌感染47例分析

目的 总结分析恶性肿瘤患者深部真菌感染的相关因素.方法 回顾性分析47例恶性肿瘤患者肺部、泌尿道深部真菌感染的临床资料.结果 恶性肿瘤患者机体免疫力低下或外来因素作用,使机体微生态失衡,会引发真菌感染,白色假丝酵母菌占78.72%是主要病原菌;感染部位以呼吸道为主,占65.96%.结论 恶性肿瘤患者真菌感染是各方面综合因素造成的,在对肿瘤的治疗中,要强调调节机体免疫功能,减少激素的应用,加强常规监测真菌培养,合理使用抗菌药物.

Deep Fungal Infections in Patients with Malignant Tumors:Analysis of 47 Cases

OBJECTIVE To summarize and analyze the relevant factors of deep fungal infection in patients with malignant tumors.METHODS The clinical data of 47 malignant tumors cases with lung and urinary tract deep fungal infections were retrospectively analyzed.RESULTS The body micro-ecological imbalance caused by low immunity or external factors in patients with malignant tumors led to fungal infections.Candida albicans was the majin pathogen,accounted for 78.72%.The respiratory tract was the main site of infection,accounted for 65.96%.CONCLUSIONS Fungal infection in patients with malignant tumors is caused by various aspects of combination factors,so we should emphasize the regulation of immune function,decrease the application of hormone,strengthen the routine monitoring of fungal development and rationally use the antibiotics in the treatment of tumors.
