| 摘 要： | 目的 评价青光眼合并白内障施行三联手术的临床疗效。方法 对青光眼合并白内障18例20眼施行白内障现代囊外摘除、后房型人工晶体植入联合小梁切除术(三联手术)进行分析。结果 经平均12个月随访,18眼视力提高,>0.5者7眼,0.1—0.5者11眼,2眼不变。术后眼压:17眼正常(10.24—20.55mmHg),3眼用药后,眼压维持正常。结论 三联手术能有效控制眼压,提高效力,减少分次手术造成的困难和并发症。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the results of extracapsular cataract extraction (ECCE) and posterior introcular lens (PC - IOL) implantation with trabeculectomy in glaucoma combined with cataract. Methods Combined procedures of ECCE and PC - IOL with trabeculectomy was performed in 18 cases (20 eyes) .Result The mean follow- up period was 12 months.The visual acuity of 18 eyes were improved,7 eyes increased to > 0. 5, and 11 eyes increased to 0. 1 ~ 0. 5, 2 eyes unchanged. Postoperative IOP: 17 eyes have normal IOP (10. 24 - 20. 55mmHg) .3 eyes can maintain nomal IOP by 0.5% Timolol Sol. Conclusion Tri - combined operation can effectively reduce IOP, improve visual acuity and reduce the complications. |
