循证护理在心脏术后病人留置导尿管中的实施

将循证护理方法应用于心脏术后需长期留置导尿管的11例病人。成立由护士长、责任组长和护士组成的循证护理小组，确定需要解决的问题，寻找当前可获得的最好的研究结果。依据病人实际情况，按照尿比重确定病人更换导尿管的时间：pH值大于6．8的高危堵塞类病人更换导尿管的时间为2周，尿液pH值小于6．7的非堵塞类病人更换导尿管的时间为4周．减轻了病人痛苦，无不良反应发生。认为循证是临床护理的基础，不仅可提高护理质量，对病人有益，而且可丰富护理人员的知识．进一步提高心外科的专业性和技术性。

Application of evidence-based nursing in basic nursing care after cardiovascular surgery

In the practice, evidence-based nursing was used in the care of 11 in patients with cardiovascular surgery. A evidence-based nursing group was made by head nurse, nurse on duty and other nurses to verify the problems and find best research results. Based on the practical situations of patients, the time for a ltering urinary catheter was verified according to urinary specific density: the alteration time was 2 weeks for those with pH more than 6.8 and 4 weeks for tho se with pH less than 6.7. Clinically, the patients' pain was relieved, without a dverse effect. Therefore, the authors argued that evidence-based nursing is the basis of clinical nursing. On one hand, it helps the improvement of nursing qual ity and on the other hand, it makes nurses expand their knowledge so as to put t he specialty of cardiovascular surgery to a new stage.
