大肠癌患者全身和肿瘤局部PGE_2与CEA水平的对照研究

作者对大肠癌患者全身及局部ＰＧＥ２含量进行了测定，结果显示：大肠癌肿瘤灌流静脉血中ＰＧＥ２含量比相应动脉血高１０倍，比外周静脉血高出１５倍；肿瘤灌流静脉血与肿瘤组织内以及与外周血ＰＧＥ２含量均存在明显的相关（ｒ＝０．５６，ｒ＝０．６６）；且转移组中外周血及肿瘤局部灌流静脉血ＰＧＥ２含量明显高于非转移组，当ＰＧＥ２含量的Ｖ／Ａ比值＞１０时，应把患者列为大肠癌术后有发生转移可能的高危病例，密切追踪观察。

Contrast Study on the Levels of PGE_2 and CEA in Systemic and Local Blood of Patients with Colorectal Cancer

The PGE2 Levels of systemic and local blood of patients with colorectal cancer have been determined.The results showed that the PEG2 level of venous blood perfusing the carcinoma is ten times higher than that of relevant artery blood,and fifteen times higher than that of peripheral blood.There is a obvious relationship between the PGE2 levels of local venous blood perfusing the carcinoma and that of cancer lesion,and that of peripheral blood(r=0.56,r=0.66).When the ratio of PEG2 in venous blood perfusing the carcinoma to that in relevant artery blood is>10,the patients should be treated as the high- risk cases with the possibility of cancer metastasis after operation and should be followed up.
