摘    要:采用组织化学和酶组织化学方法,定位观察了钉螺软体内糖原分布及7种酶活性部位。结果显示,糖原、SDH和LDH在各系统分布广泛,含量或活性均高。G-6-Pase仅在卵巢部活性较高;Mg~(++)-ATPase存在于肝、胃、生殖腺等器官;ALP以消化系活性较高;ACP在螺体内活性均较低;CHE主要在中枢神经节与神经干、肝、鳃及头足部软体上皮层处活性高。本文并对上述指标的生理意义进行了讨论。

Abstract:The histochemistry of glycogen and seven enzymes were studied in the tissues of the schistosome vector snail, Oncomelania hupensis. The reaction of glycogen (PAS reaction), LDH, SDH, G-6-Pase, ALP, Mg++-ATPase, ACP. and CHE were demonstrated respectively by Changen's, Nachlast's, Culling's, Weshstein - Meisel's, Bancroft's and Karnovsky-Root's methods. The locations of these substances mentioned above were described in detail and their physiological significance in various organs was discussed.
