小针刀松解及小夹板治疗主动伸肌滞后疗效观察

[目的]观察锤状指术后主动伸肌滞后小针刀松解及小夹板治疗的疗效观察。[方法]对锤状指行伸肌腱终踺止点重建术后产生主动伸肌滞后的病例8例8指，应用小针刀松解，结合术后小夹板短期固定，辅以背伸肌力锻炼。观察临床效果，分析作用机制.[结果]本组病例均获3月以上随访．平均16．5周。手指功能参照国际TAM系统评定法评定，优2例．良6例，优良率100％。[结论]采用小针刀肌腱松解结合小夹板固定辅以手指背伸肌力锻炼治疗锤状指术后伸肌滞后操作简易．疗效确切，值铸椎广.

Active Extensor Lag Treated with Small Needle-knife Release and Splint
