腹腔镜下输卵管术后B超监测排卵指导受孕的疗效观察

目的研究腹腔镜下输卵管术后B超监测排卵指导受孕的疗效。方法将62例一侧或双侧输卵管异常的患者随机分为术后B超监测组(A组)、术后基础体温测定组(B组)和术后正常性生活组(C组),比较3组患者的受孕情况和异位妊娠情况。结果A组术后6个月内的受孕率与B组、C组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组患者的异位妊娠率与B组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜下输卵管术后运用B超监测排卵,患者受孕率提高,操作简便,安全无创,可以连续监测,建议临床应用。

Effect Observation of Ovulation Monitoring and Pregnancy Guide by B-ultrasonography Following Oviducal Surgery under Peritoneoscope

Objective To investigate the effect of ovulation monitoring and pregnancy guide by B-ultrasonography following oviducal surgery under peritoneoscope.Methods Sixty-two patients with unilateral or bilateral tubal abnormalities were randomly divided into B-ultrasonography monitoring group(Group A,n=21),basic temperature measuring group(Group B,n=21) and normal sex life group(Group C,n=20).Postoperative pregnancy and ectopic pregnancy within 6 months was compared between 3 groups.Results The pregnancy rate of Group A was comparatively higher than that of Group B and Group C(P<0.05);the ectopic pregnancy rate of Group A was lower than Group B(P<0.05).Conclusion Using B-ultrasonography to monitor ovulation after oviducal surgery under peritoneoscope can significantly increase pregnancy rate.It can be not only handled easily and safely without any invasion,but also used to monitor pregnancy condition continuously.Clinical application is put forward in various hospitals.
