大型综合医院党务工作人力资源现状研究

摘    要:医院党务人力资源的开发与利用是医院建设与发展的重要因素之一。文章对某大型综合医院的党务人力现状进行了系统分析。结果表明:党务人力资源呈现较高文化层次,对医院的建设起到了良好作用,但用知识经济时代的发展要求衡量,仍存在着一些差距,主要表现为创新能力,表达能力,计算机、外语的运用能力,以及结构比例失当,教育不足等。这些亟待引起管理部门的高度重视。强调了党务工作人力资源的管理,要有新理念,应努力把握好

Abstract:Human resource of Chinese communist party affairs (CCPYA) is one of factors of hospital developing. A systemic analysis of the preset status of the human resources of CCPYA was investigated in large general hospital by using database analysis and inquistiive table. The results indicated that the human resources of CCPYA showed high culture layered. In Knowledge Economic times, it requires practical and efective measures as well as readiness by the department responsible for innovating ability, Speaking ability, using computer and forcign language ate. Author emphhasizes four opinions as follow, to set up circulating mechanism, to choose innovate person with ability, to exert by theory guide and to improve diathesis individval. To carry out reforms relating to possibilities upon which the structure and function of the ranks of CCPYA professionals will be improved and optimized.
