| 摘 要： | 目的：建立苏格木勒-14含量测定。方法：采用反相高效液相色谱法测定含量：C18（250mm×4．6mm．5μm）g，甲醇-水（35：65）为流动相，检测波长为238nm，流速为0．5ml·min^-1。结果：栀子苷分离完全，平均加样回收率为101．48％，RSD为1．12％（n=9）。结论：本方法准确、重现性好，可作为苏格木勒-14的含量控制方法。

| Abstract: | Aim：To establish a method for the determination in Sugemule - 14. Methods： The determination was performed by HPLC using C18 （250 × 4.6mm, 5μm） columm, Methanol - Water（35： 65 ） as mobile phase, Wavelenghth at 238nm and a flow rate of 0.5ml·min^-1 . Results： Geniposide was separated completely. The recovery rate was 101. 48% and RSD was 1.12%（n = 9）. Conclusion： This method was accurate and highly reproducible. It can be a method for quality control of Sugemule- 14. |
