氨氯地平与替米沙坦对老年高血压患者脉压的影响

目的：观察氨氯地平和替米沙坦对24 h 脉压的影响，了解氨氯地平及替米沙坦对动脉血管的保护作用。方法选择180例老年高血压1、2级患者，分为口服氨氯地平组及口服替米沙坦组，服用3、6个月，观察动态血压，比较服药前后的脉压（PP）水平。结果服用氨氯地平组治疗前后24 h PP 差异有统计学意义（P 〈0.05）。结论氨氯地平可能会减小血压变异性，增加血管顺应性。

Effect of amlodipine and telmisartan on pulse pressure of elderly patients with hypertension

Objective To observe the effect of amlodipine and telmisartan on 24 hours pulse pressure,and the protective effect of amlodipine and telmisartan on arterial vessels. Methods One hundred and eighty elderly hypertensive patients with grade 1 and 2,were divided into oral amlodipine group and oral telmisartan group,the treatment lasted for 6 months,the ambula-tory blood pressure was observed and the pulse pressure level was compared before and 3,6 months after treatment. Results The pulse pressure before and 24 hours after treanment was significantly different in oral amlodipine group（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Amlodipine may reduce blood pressure variability,and increase vascular compliance.
