| 摘 要： | 人类白细胞抗原（HLA）由称人类主要组织相容性复合体（MHC），它由一组具有高度多态性和连锁的不均衡性基因群体构成，其研究主要于器官移植、免疫应答、法医学、人类学和疾病相关性等领域。本文介绍了HLA的基因结构、多态性及HLA—Ⅱ类基因多态性与EH相关性等方面内容。

| Abstract: | Human leucocyte antigen(HLA) is also called major histocompatibility complex(MHC).It is a group of genes with an extremely high polymorphism and linked malconformation.Recently,the applications of HLA have extended to the fields of illness correlation,organ transplantation,immune response,forensic medicine,anthropology and so on.The genetic structure and polymorphism of HLA,and correlation between genetic polymorphism of HLA-Ⅱalleles and essential hypertension(EH) are reviewed in this paper. |
