| 摘 要： | 自１９７４年１１月至１９９３年１０月共诊治急性创伤性膈疝６２例，其中开放性损伤４４例，闭合性损伤１８例。全组病人均经手术治疗．治愈６１例，１例死于合并伤。本文对本病的诊断与治疗进行了讨论，对右侧膈疝的特点提出了笔者的看法；本文强调早期诊断、及时手术以及对合并伤妥善处理的重要性。

| Abstract: | The 62 patients with acute traumatic diaphragmatic hernia were diagnosed and freated from Nov.1974 to Oct.1993 and among them,44 patients were injured with open trauma and 18 patients were injured with close trauma.All patients were operated and among them 61 patients were cured and one patient died from complex injury. The diagnosis and treatment of the disease were discussed in this paper and the characters of right diaphragmatic hernia were putted forward by authord.The importance of early diagnosis,opcration in time as well as treatment of complex trauma suitably was stressed in this paper. |
