卡维地洛治疗慢性心力衰竭

目的观察卡维地洛治疗慢性心力衰竭患者的疗效和安全性。方法将慢性心力衰竭患者42例随机分为卡维地洛治疗组23例和对照组19例，两组均给予常规处理，治疗组加用卡维地洛。观察治疗前及治疗3个月后心功能改善情况。结果总有效率治疗组91．3％．对照组73．7％，两组间差异有显著意义（P〈0．05）；治疗组心功能改善情况及左室射血分数（LVEF）指标提高情况均显著优于对照组。结论卡维地洛是一种治疗慢性心力衰竭的理想用药。

Therapeutic effects of carvedilol on cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure

Objective To evaluate the effects of carvedilol on ventricular function in patients with severe heart failure.Methods 42 cases of chronic heart failure were divided into two groups,namely therapy group 23 cases and control group 19 cases.The therapy group with carvedilol treatment,and the control group without.The amelioration of cardiac function in all patients after 3 months was observed.Results All effective rate of treatment of the therapy group and control group was 91.3% and 73.7%.There was significant difference in two groups(P<0.05).Amelioration of cardiac function and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) in the therapy group were significantly better than control group.Conclusion Patients with chronic heart failure treated with carvedilol is effective and safe.
