| 摘 要： | 本文对30例急性心功能衰竭病人采用中药“泻肺利水合剂”治疗,总有效率93.33％。作者认为本病以心气阳虚为本,水气上逆为标,提出急性心功能衰竭的治疗大法应为泻肺利水、益气温阳,且以泻肺利水为急为先,并初步提出了本病的分型。

| Abstract: | 30 cases acute heart-failure caused by different diseases were
treated by mixture for removing heat from the lung and inducing di-
uresis. The total effective rate obtained was 93. 33%. In the paper,
the author discussed the pathologic mechanism of this disease based
on the theory of TCM and suggested that qi-deficiency of heart-yang
is the root (the primary cause)and upward(reversed)flow of water
is the branch (the secondary effects, symptoms), and purging the
lung of pathogenic fire and draining water and enriching qi and
warming the yang may be the appropriate therapeutic methods. |
