生脉饮对照治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床观察

本文报道了1984年2月至1992年2月间应用生脉饮随机对照治疗冠心病心绞痛50例(治疗组)及单纯西药治疗50例(对照组),疗程均为20天.治疗组临床有效率90%,心电图改善率56%,全部病人均可停用西药,对照组临床有效率88%,心电图改善率50%,比治疗组稍低。经统计学分析两组无显著差异(p>0.05)。证明生脉饮是一种有效的抗心肌缺血药物,副反应很少,可以长期服用。

Pulse-activating Decoctionin the Treatment of Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease

From February 1984 to February 1992,50 cases withangina pectoris of CHD were treated with pulse-activatingdecoction and another 50 cases with Western drugs as con-trols.The course of therapy for every patient was 20 days.The results showed in treated group the effective rate was90% and EKG improvement rate was 56%,while in con-trois they were 88% and 50% respectively.There was nosignificant difference between two groups (p>0.05).Theseresults suggest that pulse-activating decoction is an effectivedrug for myocardial ischemia,with less side effect and maybe used for prolonged periods.
