急性上消化道出血与时相的关系

本文以中医天人相应学说为依据,对756例急性上消化道出血住院病人发病与时相的关系作了分析, 结果发现急性上消化道出血发病与月廓盈亏、季节、日照、气温等相关。以太阴历月中旬发病明显高于上旬与下旬(p<0.01);冬、春季发病明显高于夏、秋季(p<0.01);且与日照、气温呈反比。从而论证了天人相应理论的正确性,这一认识对于急性上消化道出血的防治具有一定现实意义。

The Relationship Between Acute Upper Digestive Tract Hemorrhage and Phases of the Moon or Meteorology

In accordance with the TCM theory, that man, as a micro-cosm, is intimately relatecl to nature, the macrocosm, a review of756 hospitalised patients with acute upper digestive tract hemor-rhage for the past 15 years was undertaken. Multivariater analysisrevealed that: (1)the incidence of acute upper digestive tract hemor-rhage was related to the wax and wane of the moon, season, sun-shine and air temperature etc; (2) the incidence was definitelyhigher in the second ten days of the lunar month as compared withthe first and the last ten days(P<0. 01); the incidence in springand winter was higher than that in summer and autumn (P<0.01); (3)the incidence was inversely proportional to sunshine andair temperature. The result intimated that the theory of human bodybeing in correspondence with the macrocosm is substantiated and isof practical significance in the prevention and cure of acute upperdigestive tract hemorrhage.
