心痛灵治疗冠心病心绞痛临床疗效观察及对血浆心钠素水平的影响

运用具有补气化瘀、豁痰通络功用的中药复方心痛灵与硝苯吡啶对照治疗冠心病心绞痛共53例,结果表明,心痛灵治疗总有效率为96.3％,优于硝苯吡啶(p<0.05),且发现与哨苯吡啶相比,心痛灵治疗轻、中度冠心病心绞痛疗效较治疗重度者为佳,两组治疗后对心电图改善率无显著差异。考察两组患者血浆心钠素(ANP)水平发现,冠心病心绞痛患者血浆ANP水平显著高于正常人。治疗四周后,两组患者血浆ANP水平明显下降(p<0.05),提示血浆ANP水平与冠心病心绞痛患者病情有一定相关关系。

Clinical Observations on the Effect of Xin Tong Ling in Angina Pectoris of CHD and its Influence on Plasma ANP Level

The effect of Xin Tong Ling. a compound herbal medicine withfunctions of invigorating qi and removing blood stasis, eliminatingphlegm and removing obstruction in collaterals, were observed andcontrasted with that of nifedipine in 53 cases of angina pectoris ofCHD. The results showed that the overall effective rate of Xin TongLing was 96. 30%, which was superior to that of nifedipine(P<0.05). Compared with nifedipine. the effect of Xin Tong Ling on pa-tients having mild and moderate angina pectoris of CHD were betterthan those with severe angina pectoris of CHD. There was no signifi-cant difference in EKG improvement between the two groups. Ob-serving the plasma ANP level of the two groups. it was found thatANP level of patients with angina pectoris of CHD was much higherthan that of normal persons. After treatment for 4 weeks, ANP levelof both groups were markedly decreased (P<0. 05), suggesting thatplasma, ANP level was correlative with the morbidity of angina pec-toris of CHD.
