经单鼻孔-蝶窦入路切除垂体腺瘤

目的探讨经单鼻孔-蝶窦入路切除垂体腺瘤的手术方法、操作要点，并评价其疗效。方法回顾性分析10例经单鼻孔-蝶窦入路切除垂体腺瘤手术经验。结果手术时间平均60min，肿瘤全部切除6例，次全切除4例。术后全部恢复良好，病人视力迅速好转，内分泌指标恢复正常，本组无死亡病例。结论经单鼻孔-蝶窦入路切除垂体腺瘤术缩短了手术路径，暴露所需时间短，创伤小，是一种处理鞍内和大部位于鞍内的肿瘤的有效的微侵袭手术方法。

Observation of Resection of Pituitary Adenoma through Single Nostril-sphenoid Sinus Approach

Objective To explore the microsurgical technique, the single nostril-sphenoid sinus approach, and therapeutic efficacy of pituitary adenoma. Methods The retrospective analysis was performed in 10 patients with pituitary adenoma treated by microsurgical technique through single nostril-sphenoid sinus approach. Results Average time of the operation lasted 60 minutes. Total removal was achieved in 6 cases, subtotal removal in 4 cases. All cases got better sight, endocrine symptom of patients returned to the normal level. No patient died after the operation. Conclusion The single nostril-sphenoid sinus approach has an advantage of convenience and rapidness, lead to less injury and spend less time, especially for pituitary adenoma.
