| 摘 要： | 目的本研究是应用纤维支气管镜辅助双腔支气管定位,寻求满意的双腔支气管定位方法。方法20例行择期开胸手术并术中需单肺通气的病人。全麻诱导插管后首先用听诊法调整导管位置,当调整位置满意后,采用纤支镜检查定位。结果17例为左侧双腔导管中,经听诊法检查满意,并且纤支镜检查定位准确的有6例,3例右侧双腔导管插管中,经听诊法检查满意,并且纤支镜检查定位准确的有1例,而且经调整均达到准确定位。结论证实经纤支镜调整可解决双腔气管导管定位难的问题。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the fixation of double lumen intubation(DLI) assisted with bronchofibroscope and to find the proper method.Methods 20 cases who underwent open chest surgery with one lung ventilation were intubated double lumen tube assisted with bronchofibroscope after auscultation adjust.Results There were 6 cases obtained satisfied fixation after detection with bronchofibroscope after auscultation in 17 left DLI.And 1 case obtained satisfied fixation after detection with bronchofibroscope after auscultation in 3 right DLI.Conclusion The bronchofibroscope might help to fixation the DLI accuracy. |
